Raquel T. Guzmán Vega, LCSW
Pronouns: She/Her/Ella
Raquel holds a Master of Social Work degree from New Mexico Highlands University, with a concentration in Bilingual/Bicultural practice. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she possesses a strong comprehension of cultural diversity, sensitivity, and humility, enabling her to effectively serve Spanish-speaking individuals and families. Her approach focuses on fostering stronger relationships and facilitating healthier life choices within these communities.
With a deep commitment to her community, Raquel has dedicated much of her professional life to supporting individuals at various levels of social work. She provides both short-term and long-term therapy, addressing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational difficulties, grief and loss, significant life transitions, gender-expansive concerns, disruptive behavior disorders, and academic challenges.
Raquel is a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor.
Victoria T. Romero, LCSW

Victoria T. Romero, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 18 years of experience serving children, families, and communities across New Mexico. She holds a Master of Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University and is deeply committed to ethical practice, culturally responsive care, and improving outcomes for individuals across the lifespan.
Grounded in trauma‑informed practice, she brings extensive experience supporting individuals who have experienced abuse, neglect, and involvement in the juvenile justice system. Her therapeutic approach integrates mindfulness, psychoeducation, and strength-based strategies to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and feel empowered throughout their healing journey.
A compassionate and attuned therapist, she is dedicated to helping adolescents and adults cultivate peace, healing, and emotional well‑being. She understands that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable or overwhelming, and she strives to create a safe, supportive environment that fosters self‑compassion, personal growth, and an improved quality of life.
